It sounds like Ariel just let a cat out of the bag, according to this E! Online spoiler chat article (there are spoilers for other shows in the article, obviously, so you're forewarned if you go there and don't want to know about goings-on at other shows):



Studious Alex isn't going to be all work and no play the rest of this season! "Alex does have a little romance coming up," Ariel Winter says. "It's awesome and it's super cute. He's like her arch enemy at first and then they fall in love. I love it because high school teens can totally relate to that. At first you're like, ‘I can't stand him!' And then you're like, ‘Oh, I love him!' It's really exciting."

I put the key comment in that blurb in bold.  Unless there's a new competitor in her life I think that pretty much confirms it's Sanjay she'll be kissing in a few weeks.
