One fear I had about this Wednesday's episode will not come to pass:  the chance that Alex will go missing has thankfully gone from slim to none:

And I think Alex looks cute in that costume - I'm glad they chose librarian/schoolteacher(?) over flapper for her.  (Of course there could always be a left turn later, but for now...)
