"Love That Once Hung On The Wall"

Yes, this is one of those times this month when the blog title isn't going to have anything to do with the post subject - I couldn't really find a line from "Let Me Go" (my 5th favorite Avril song) to fit this one.

The last three episode titles have been released, and it's been confirmed that the Season 9 finale will air on May 16th:

Episode 20 (May 2nd): Mother!

• Based solely off the title, this is probably the best chance of the three for an Alex story (she does have a mother after all), but it's still a longshot, IMO.  We might find out as early as this afternoon what will happen here.  

Episode 21 (May 9th): The Escape

• Not so much for Alex, but this is the most anticipated (and will probably be the most emotional) of the final three - according to this spoiler,  Haley ends up in the hospital, and among those who come to be by her side is a returning Andy (Dylan and Professor Fennerman will also be there).  I hope Alex at least gets to have a nice moment with Haley herself (she didn't get much to do when Phil landed in the hospital earlier this season).   

Episode 22 (May 16th): Clash of Swords

•  Unless these titles end up out of order and this actually turns out to be the title of the above episode (with three of the men in Haley's life potentially battling for her attention it could be) the only reaction I have to this title is "Huh?".   That's a very weird title for a season finale.

As soon as I find out about "Mother!" I'll be back.
