"It's Been One Week..."*

...since the first Alex-less episode of the season reared its head - now we just have to wait and see if #2 follows on its heels tonight ("Fight Or Flight").  Sadly, my guess is it probably will.



And actually, for a little while yesterday, I was beginning to wonder if we might be looking at a hat trick next week with "Connection Lost".  As you may or may not have heard, they're trying a (desperate, at least to me) sweeps stunt where most of the episode will play out on Claire's Apple laptop (while she is at the airport), with other characters popping in through various Apple devices (i.e. iPhones and iPods).  Not only does this sound like yet another potential experiment gone bad, but it leaves open the possibility that with mostly only one-to-one interactions for much of the time they might just cut some of the kids out again.   Apparently though, based off the promotional photos posted at least Alex probably won't be one of them, as she appears in most of the photos.  I still have a bad feeling about the episode itself, though. 

One caveat: at least once this season there have been posted promo pictures of a scene that never happened (the photos for "The Long Honeymoon" had a scene with Luke and a girl which never made it to TV).

Anyway, getting back to tonight, if Alex shows up so will a recap - if not, I may not post anything.
