Cancel the Alex-less part of the "Red Alert" - she shows up in a couple of clips in this EW.com post about tonight's episode. A mini-spoiler follows so if the above is all you want to know then stop right here.
In these two clips, Alex does show up at Mitch and Cam's house to help out with Lily, but she's not the only one - Gloria and Haley both appear as well (either Haley's pulling double duty tonight or that clip with Dylan is a one and done scene), so it's hard to say that Alex plays a major role in this story, but at least we'll have something.
