“For All The Lost Souls That Wander The Land...” (“Halloween 3: AwesomeLand” Recap)

No, I don't know if Ariel meant for “Banished” to be a Halloween song, but it works very well as one.

This was never going to be a character advancing episode for Alex (unless she had to get rushed to a real hospital for blood poisoning and missed school because of it), but she did get off a couple of real good zingers last night.

I think she would have approved of Claire's “plans” for Nibbles the bunny, based off her private comments in “A Slight At The Opera”.

In a way it was fitting that she ended up in an insane asylum hospital bed – she proved in the beginning she should not be near sharp objects...

On the other hand, if her family keeps misunderstanding her, life could imitate art...

Alex as the yuppie assistant in Working Girl? Sorry, I hated that movie and walked out on it. Definitely not “awesome”.

Alex's Line Of The Week:”Of course the woman is the nurse and the man is the doctor. That kind of thinking - that's what's scary.”

Remember, no new episode next week (1 of the 69,105* music awards shows out there airs instead).

*You have no idea how many times I've Googled “zork leaves” when I've needed to make a comment with an absurdly large number...
