Well, based off this short clip from this episode, it might just be:
The key moment occurs late in this clip, when Alex points out the building has a strict "no unaccompanied guests" policy and that she'll be evicted if anyone visiting her violates it.
Since we know there are at least three stories about her family doing unaccompanied things in this building (and trying to keep Alex from finding out about them), what do you think the chances are that at 9:31 on Wednesday night she will still be a resident? My guess would be in low single digits...
And, yes, I did think something like this was a possibility when the details of this episode were originally revealed.
